- Peak periods & large orders: Processing may extend due to volume, verification, or carrier capacity.
- Pre-orders / backorders: Dispatched when stock arrives. We’ll keep you informed via email.

Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reputable national and international carriers. When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery journey.
- Authority to Leave (ATL): If selected, the driver may leave your parcel in a safe place. ATL transfers risk upon delivery scan.
- Signature on Delivery: Recommended for higher-value orders; may incur a small fee if offered by the carrier.
- PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Accepted for eligible services and item sizes only.
Packaging, Bulky Freight & Dangerous Goods
- Orders are packed to protect items such as nail guns, fasteners, and other construction tools.
- Bulky/heavy shipments may be palettised. Tail-lift delivery or depot pickup may be required for addresses without unloading facilities.
- We do not ship prohibited dangerous goods. If a product has restrictions, it will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
International Shipping
Selected international destinations may be available at checkout.
- Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Clearance delays: Customs processing can extend delivery times and is outside our control.
- Carrier hand-off: Tracking may transfer to your local postal or courier service upon arrival.
Delivery Issues: Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
- Delayed or no tracking updates: We will raise a carrier enquiry after the carrier’s investigation window opens.
- Marked delivered, not received: Check safe places and with neighbours. If not located, contact us within 3 business days for assistance.
- Lost parcels: Resolutions (replacement or refund) are provided once the carrier confirms loss per their policy.
Insurance: Some services include limited transit cover. Higher-value orders may benefit from signature on delivery or additional cover if available.
Undeliverable Parcels & Return to Sender
Parcels returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed pickup may incur reshipping fees. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; if we cannot reach you, we may cancel and refund the item price less shipping and any carrier return fees (where applicable).
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
- We can amend addresses or cancel orders before dispatch only. Once shipped, we cannot reroute parcels.
- Cancellations are subject to our general Terms & Conditions.
Click & Collect (If Available)
If shown at checkout, you’ll receive a “Ready for Pickup” email when your order is available. Bring photo ID and your order number. Orders not collected within the stated window may be cancelled.
